Wzięliśmy dziś na próbę, znudzeni już tutejszymi „popularnymi” pizzami w mieście. Dawno nie jedliśmy tak dobrej pizzy, innej niż wszystkie, a zarazem tak dobrej i trafiającej idealnie w nasz gust. Sos pomidorowy lekko słodkawy, co uwielbiamy, od serca, tak samo jak mozzarella której naprawdę było sporo. Ciasto mięciutkie i puszyste, nie jak typowy andrut, przepyszne. Napewno nie raz jeszcze zamówimy!!

Pizza absolutnie przepyszna – jedna z tych, o których myśli się jeszcze długo po zjedzeniu. Sos pomidorowy idealnie doprawiony, aromatyczny, z wyczuwalną nutą świeżych ziół. Ciasto ma perfekcyjną strukturę: cienkie, lecz sprężyste, z delikatnie chrupiącymi brzegami. Widać, że każda pizza robiona jest z sercem. Pizzerię prowadzi jeden właściciel, który wkłada w to miejsce całą swoją pasję. Widać to w każdym detalu – od jakości składników, przez sposób przygotowania, aż po podejście do klientów. Zawsze uśmiechnięty, pomocny i życzliwy, tworzy atmosferę, która sprawia, że człowiek czuje się jak u znajomego Włocha w domu. Nie ma tu pośpiechu ani bylejakości – każda pizza to małe kulinarne dzieło. Według mnie to najlepsza pizza w Świdnicy i miejsce, do którego chce się wracać raz za razem. Same pozytywy, polecam z całego serca! ????????
